Our company.

Our company was founded in 1995 along with the inception of the commercially public Internet as we know it. We survived the Dot-Com crash of 2000. Our company expanded in 2002 with the purchase of Point B in Rapid City and a year later we renamed the company as Factor 360, Inc.

Factor 360 is based in Pierre with remote teams in Sioux Falls and Rapid City. Our staff consists of professional software programmers, web developers, award-winning designers, as well as marketing and business consultants.

Our successes are a reflection of our talented and experienced staff. Each individual is self-motivated and creative in their area of expertise. An agile, self-directed workplace creates an atmosphere for our employees to grow and succeed.

Factor 360 and its staff are based on a core foundation of values and integrity, which are passed on to our clients, and never compromised.

Our community support.

We are committed to our clients but we also live our values through community support and activities. Factor 360 is a strong supporter of our local South Dakota communities.

Factor 360 donates thousands of dollars in services each year. We have worked with dozens of nonprofit groups of various backgrounds including the Capital Area United Way, Oahe Hockey, Post 8 Baseball, Sioux Falls Humane Society, Pierre Players, OAHE Inc., Oahe YMCA, Oahe and CASA Soccer, Boys & Girls Club of the Capital Area, and many others. 

We support our local Chambers of Commerce. We are also involved with Pierre City Rec., JC Batting Cages, various churches, Pierre Junior Shooting Club, VFW, American Legion, World Trade Center Survivors Network, Pierre Jaycees, JCI Senators, Rotary Club-Oahe Chapter and Georgia Morse Middle School.
