Dennis Ryckman (Twitter | LinkedIn) Dennis is Factor 360's founder and CEO. Dennis is responsible for business operations, strategic direction, business development and everything in between. He has over 20 years of business experience in the IT field including nearly 10 years with the State of South Dakota. Dennis loves his family and doesn't miss a chance for a teaching moment on the principles of hard work. On almost any given day, you might find Dennis supporting the community.
	Jason Shea (LinkedIn) Jason is Factor 360's lead designer and project lead for Factor 360's 360 Photo Contest software. Jason also develops ASP web-applications, provides creative vision and design for websites and works with clients to meet their changing requirements.
	Matthew Paulson (Blog | Twitter | LinkedIn) Matt is the project lead and developer for Factor 360's 360 Web Content Management System. Matt also develops ASP.NET web-applications, manages social media marketing and search engine optimization efforts and assists with developing proposals.
	Richard Rezac (LinkedIn) Richard is Factor 360's sales manager. Richard is responsible for working with clients to develop innovative solutions and marketing Factor 360's content management system, photo contest and teacher placement offerings.
	Stevie Shea (LinkedIn) Stevie is responsible for implementing photo contests and providing customer support to our clients using Factor 360's 360 Photo Contest software. She also serves as a web content specialist for Factor 360 and assists with training and managing content in client websites that use our 360 Web Content Management System.
	Kevin Freestone (LinkedIn) Kevin is Factor 360's network administrator. Kevin is responsible for keeping Factor 360's web-servers in tip-top shape and also develops ASP, ASP.NET and Cold Fusion web-applications.
	Carolyn Ryckman Carolyn is a proven leader, coordinator, instructor, motivator, and master of tight schedules -- and that's just how she starts her first 8 hour shift before noon as super mom. Then she really get's her gears turning to begin her second shift as co-owner of Factor360 where she serves as a web-software and database engineer. Carolyn develops ASP web-applications and MS-Access or VB applications. She also has her CPA and 10 years as an Auditor for the State of SD. 	Cindy Bahe Cindy is Factor 360’s Marketing and Communications Director. She is responsible for overall marketing, writing content for websites, e-newsletters, social networks, advertising and press releases as well as providing photography.
	Jennifer Anderson Jennifer serves as Factor 360's accountant. Jennifer is responsible for preparing financial statements, billing clients and managing human resources obligations.
